Reiki Infused Conscious Breathwork
provide employees with stress relief, build their capacity for resiliency, and help create space for healing
A 140 minute virtual or in-person Breathwork journey where you and your employees will utilize the sequence of breath offered through Conscious Breathwork to tap into the wisdom and power of the breath. During our first session, I will offer a 30 minute introduction to Conscious Breathwork. As we begin the session, I will guide the group through an intuitively chosen grounding and centering meditation(s) and invite you to begin accessing Conscious Breathwork. While you all are breathing, I will be channeling Reiki, our light teams, and other intuitively selected modalities which help energy to move through the bodies in the group. Oracle cards, book passages and/or other supportive tools may be utilized during our time together.

A 60 minute experience where I will teach and guide the group through a series of intuitively selected breathing techniques proven to calm the nervous system, awaken the mind, and ground into the present moment.
